Delivery and Dispatch

1. DELIVERY

(a) All deliveries are made by registered courier and require a signature.

(b) Delivery costs for all items (excluding large oversize items) are as follows:

 

New Zealand
Spend under $150 - $10 delivery charge.
Spend over $150 - free delivery.

(c) Large Oversize items - there will be a surcharge for large, oversize items. If you would like to order a large oversize item please contact us prior to purchase so we can advise of the delivery costs.

(d) Furniture shipping can be arranged, please contact enquiries@thomass.co.nz for rates. Rates are calculated by the freighting company. 

 

Australia
All purchases - International Courier (tracked) - $50.00

(c) Large oversize items - there will be a surcharge for large, oversize items. If you would like to order a large oversize item please contact us prior to purchase so we can advise of the delivery costs.

(d) Enquiries for items not displayed on the website will incur standard freight costs based on dimensions and weight.

(e) Thomas's is unable to internationally send wooden items, cane items, food items or goods that may considered dangerous.

(f) Any applicable taxes or duty charges are to be paid by the recipient of the package.

 

2. DISPATCH

(a) National orders are sent using Post Haste Couriers. THIS SHIPPING METHOD IS FULLY TRACKED AND TRACED.

Orders received before 2pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched same day. Later that 2pm will be next day dispatch. Saturday & Sunday will be Monday dispatch.

We endeavor to ship to you overnight. However, it can take 2-4 working days to arrive after your payment has been confirmed. If your order has not arrived by then please email enquiries@thomass.co.nz with your order number and contact details.

(b) Orders to Australia are couriered using NZ Post. Delivery can take 6 - 10 working days, to arrive after your payment has been confirmed.  To enable you to track your parcel the tracking number will be emailed to you. If your order has not arrived by then please email enquiries@thomass.co.nz with your order number and contact details.

 

3. TRACK YOUR ORDER

When your order has left us you will receive an e-mail with a tracking reference. Please allow a couple of hours for this to register in the system before tracking it as information will not be available immediately.
