Stay true to yourself with the silver-plated slender box chain, a true evergreen in the jewellery world. The necklace was designed in collaboration between Hanna Schönberg and Pilgrim, and it has been given a fashionable twist in the form of 2 clasps so it can be styled as a single 90 cm long chain or as 2 shorter chains of 40 cm and 50 cm. A reliable everyday piece for a simple-but-classic look or in combination with multiple chains for a personalised layered style. The necklace is a recycled piece made from at least 75% recycled materials.

Free shipping on purchases over $150.

We offer same day dispatch if ordered prior to 2pm, the exception is weekends and public holidays, when we will dispatch on the next weekday.

Free shipping excludes international and oversize purchases.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

If shopping internationally or for oversize items: When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose, alternatively contact office@thomass.co.nz for a quote.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.

Returns

Here at Thomas’s Department Store, we understand that you may wish to return an item or purchase from time to time.

You have 5 business days, from original date of purchase, to complete an in-store exchange or return. Online exchanges or returns must be returned to us for processing within 10 days, from original date of purchase.

Full price items are eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Sale, Swimwear, Underwear, Earrings, Sunglasses, Skincare, Personal care items, Consumable goods and Custom orders will not be returned or exchanged.

You should expect to receive your credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
