Each petal is finished with a special natural coating for a remarkably realistic look and feel. From hand-pouring the gel to cutting and arranging every stem, each bouquet is carefully assembled by Côte Noire's floral designers before being perfumed, individually checked and beautifully boxed.

Care Instructions:
Regularly mist the petals with water to help prevent them from drying out. To remove dust, the arrangement can be carefully held upside down and the petals gently rinsed under running water. Gently remove dust with your fingers and pat dry with a towel.

Here at Thomas’s Department Store, we understand that you may wish to return an item or purchase from time to time.

You have 5 business days, from original date of purchase, to complete an in-store exchange or return. Online exchanges or returns must be returned to us for processing within 10 days, from original date of purchase.

Full price items are eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Sale, Swimwear, Underwear, Earrings, Sunglasses, Skincare, Personal care items, Consumable goods and Custom orders will not be returned or exchanged.
