R.M.Williams boots are individually crafted. There are 80 pairs of hands involved in creating these hand-made boots. So that when you pull on your boots, you’ll know it’s an investment, not a purchase.
Maya Boot
The Maya boot is an elegant addition to any growing R.M.Williams boot collection, with a tapered needle toe, leather sole and statuesque 7.5cm block heel. Though a modern style, it pays tribute to our history as producers of riding boots, crafted with our signature single-piece upper and elastic sides. The Maya boot is cut from durable suede and constructed by hand at our Adelaide workshop, where a team of skilled artisans work together to bring each pair to life. Pair with jeans, dresses or skirts for a feminine, elevated look.

Care: Your leather boots should be considered an investment. Just like any other investment, you want your leather to look great and last a long time. Regular cleaning and conditioning with high quality products will increase your leathers lifespan and allow you to enjoy it for many years.
Prior to first wear, spray R.M.Williams Suede Protector in one direction, onto clean footwear at a distance of 20cm and allow to fully dry. Spraying in the opposite direction, repeat this process for a total of 3 times for best results. This will help repel water and protects against stains.
Suede can be cleaned by spraying R.M.Williams Suede Cleaner onto a clean cloth or sponge and work onto the surface in a circular motion. Leave to dry naturally and brush up nap when dry with our Suede Brass Bristle Brush.
If worn in wet weather, make sure you let the leather dry naturally before next wear.

Free shipping on purchases over $150.
We offer same day dispatch if ordered prior to 2pm, the exception is weekends and public holidays, when we will dispatch on the next weekday.
Free shipping excludes international and oversize purchases.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
If shopping internationally or for oversize items: When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose, alternatively contact office@thomass.co.nz for a quote.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.
RETURNS
Here at Thomas’s Department Store, we understand that you may wish to return an item or purchase from time to time.
You have 5 business days, from original date of purchase, to complete an in-store exchange or return. Online exchanges or returns must be returned to us for processing within 10 days, from original date of purchase.
Full price items are eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Sale, Swimwear, Underwear, Earrings, Sunglasses, Skincare, Personal care items, Consumable goods and Custom orders will not be returned or exchanged.
