Rich, smoky and full of flavour, the Saint Phillip Roasted Capsicum & Chilli Sauce from Apostle is inspired by traditional North American hot sauces with a uniquely balanced twist. Built on slow-roasted red capsicum, roasted onion and mānuka-smoked jalapeño chillies, it delivers gentle warmth with layers of natural sweetness and smoky depth.

A blend of red wine vinegar and barrel-aged organic apple cider vinegar provides brightness and complexity, creating a hot sauce that's tangy, savoury and incredibly versatile. Drizzle it over eggs, fried chicken, avocado, roasted vegetables or any dish that could use an extra kick of flavour.

Here at Thomas’s Department Store, we understand that you may wish to return an item or purchase from time to time.

You have 5 business days, from original date of purchase, to complete an in-store exchange or return. Online exchanges or returns must be returned to us for processing within 10 days, from original date of purchase.

Full price items are eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Sale, Swimwear, Underwear, Earrings, Sunglasses, Skincare, Personal care items, Consumable goods and Custom orders will not be returned or exchanged.
